Things we love about Lafayette #3: Rusted Rooster Breakfast

Tucked into the corner of University and St. Landry is one of Lafayette's newest breakfast treasures — Rusted Rooster. In less than a year the restaurant's cool twist on classic Southern fare has garnered cultish followings from an eclectic mix of followers from every walk of life. We'll be back for the fried chicken, which we hear is amazing. This morning it's Grits Julien and a breakfast BLT. C'est bon.
