The University of Louisiana masters architecture program just broke ground on its third home. Called The Cour House after the French word for courtyard, the house wraps around a central plaza and employs several advanced architectural techniques. It's situated in the heart of Freetown, a neighborhood adjacent to UL and one of Lafayette's oldest and storied areas. The house will go on the market late this summer and open house tours should begin late August. In the meantime contact PAR Realty for more information.
